Solving Chromatographic Issues with Mathematical Models and Intuitive Graphics

Chromatographic data are not the same as informative data. Properly pre-processed and analyzed chromatographic data are as close to informative data as we can get! Therefore, knowing the proper tools to handle the problems derived from the chromatographic runs can save time and can offer much mor information about our samples. This paper is more than a review. On it, we try to offer a complete guide about how to handle chromatographic problems like baseline drift, elution time shifts and co-eluted peaks by using mathematical models and intuitive graphics
